NOTE: This workshop has recently been changed.

If you love food and photography and are passionate about documenting where food comes from, this is the class for you.

This 3+ day workshop, located in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle, WA, will focus on how to tell a story through photographs. Specifically, you will learn how to tell a story about food.

The workshop begins the evening of Thursday, September 17th, 2015 at Clare's studio, and ends in the evening on Sunday, September 20th. Over the course of 3+ days, students will visit and photograph Jubilee Biodynamic Farm, Red Feather Farm and one of Seattle's awesome farmers markets. They will also learn and practice natural light food photography and styling, play with Clare's huge prop collection and take a whole lot of photographs. 

The fee of $1050 includes:

•all workshop instruction

•meet and greet reception on Thursday evening

•snacks and beverges throughout the weekend

•transportation to farms on Friday

•lunch on Saturday and Sunday

•wine and nibbles during final critique on Sunday evening

 

Students must bring a DSLR. A laptop is HIGHLY recommended.

Restrictions

Attendants must bring a DSLR and a tripod. Laptop highly recommended.
